Tapzi's smart contracts do not include an automatic cancellation, chargeback, reversal, return, function. Blockchain transactions are irreversible, and users are solely responsible for reviewing wallet addresses, network selection, transaction amounts, gas fees, claim details, and transaction approvals before signing or submitting any transaction.
Tapzi does not operate a cancellation, reversal, reimbursement, compensation, or guaranteed manual recovery program.
