# Legal Disclaimers

These Legal Disclaimers apply to the Tapzi platform, the $TAPZI token, the presale, and all related documentation, and should be read together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By accessing Tapzi or acquiring or using $TAPZI, you acknowledge and agree to the following.

#### 🔹 Utility Token - Not a Security or Investment

The TAPZI token ($TAPZI) is a non-financial, functional utility token created for use exclusively within the Tapzi platform. It is designed to facilitate in-game transactions, access competitive matches, unlock user perks, and serve as a reward mechanism for skill-based participation.

$TAPZI does not represent equity, ownership, revenue sharing, debt, or any financial derivative. It is not an investment contract or a security under applicable financial laws. Participation in the platform or presale does not grant any form of shareholder rights, dividends, voting powers, governance authority, or profit guarantees. Token holders are **users** of the platform - not investors in a financial product.

Nothing in these disclaimers limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.

#### 🔹 No Profit Guarantee

Tapzi does not promise or guarantee profit, income, yield, appreciation, resale value, exchange listing, liquidity, or return of capital. You should not acquire $TAPZI with an expectation of profit derived from the efforts of Tapzi or any third party.

#### 🔹 No Financial, Investment, or Legal Advice

Nothing on Tapzi or in its documentation constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to acquire, hold, or dispose of any asset. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and should consult your own advisers.

#### 🔹 Assumption of Risk

Acquiring or using $TAPZI involves significant risk, including without limitation:

* Market price volatility and possible partial or total loss of value
* Regulatory uncertainty in your jurisdiction
* Technological risks associated with blockchain networks
* Smart-contract and protocol risk, including bugs, exploits, or failures despite audits
* Liquidity risk and the risk that features or token utility may change, be suspended, or be discontinued

You should carefully assess these risks and your own circumstances before participating.

#### 🔹 Skill-Oriented Gameplay

Tapzi is designed to support skill-oriented competitive games where outcomes are intended to be determined predominantly by player skill, strategy, timing, decision-making, and performance. Tapzi does not offer games, staking, prize, or token-based competition features in jurisdictions where such activity is prohibited, restricted, licensed, or otherwise unlawful. You are solely responsible for confirming whether participation is lawful where you are located.

#### 🔹 Final Transactions

Except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by Tapzi in writing, all $TAPZI acquisitions, presale participation, staking entries, and in-platform transactions are final once submitted, confirmed, executed, or recorded. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible, and Tapzi does not operate a token repurchase, price-support, cancellation, reversal, reimbursement, compensation, or guaranteed manual recovery program. #### 🔹 Forward-Looking Statements

Roadmaps, timelines, product descriptions, game lists, token utility descriptions, exchange discussions, listing applications, integrations, and development updates are **non-binding targets only** and may change. Tapzi may delay, modify, suspend, remove, or discontinue any feature, game, token utility, staking or reward mechanism, integration, or roadmap item at any time for technical, legal, compliance, security, business, or operational reasons.

#### 🔹 Accuracy of Information

Information provided across Tapzi's website, documentation, and communications is offered on an **"as is"** basis for general informational purposes and may be updated or corrected at any time. Tapzi makes no warranty as to the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any information and disclaims liability for reliance on it.

#### 🔹 Official Communications

Only statements published through Tapzi's official website, official documentation, official application, or official support email should be relied upon. Informal community messages, moderator comments, influencer content, third-party posts, speculative statements, and unauthorized communications do not modify these disclaimers, do not create any rights, and do not constitute financial, legal, investment, or tax advice.

#### 🔹 Third-Party Services

Tapzi is not responsible for losses caused by third-party wallets, exchanges, bridges, blockchain networks, RPC providers, payment processors, KYC providers, analytics providers, hosting providers, social platforms, fake accounts, phishing links, impersonators, or other third-party services.

#### 🔹 Jurisdiction & Compliance

* Tapzi implements KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures in collaboration with trusted third-party compliance partners.
* Access to the platform and/or token sales is restricted in certain jurisdictions in accordance with regional laws and international sanctions, including jurisdictions sanctioned by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). Tapzi may use geo-blocking, wallet screening, and other controls to enforce these restrictions.
* It is the **sole responsibility of the user** to ensure they are not violating any local laws by interacting with $TAPZI, participating in the presale, or accessing platform features.

Tapzi reserves the right to update its compliance policies and access protocols based on evolving legal frameworks and regulatory developments.
